This Starter Kit is designed for a fast introduction into Infineon Medical Device MD8710.
Sample applications guide you through the main features. These applications are flashed onto this board and can be tested without any additional hardware.
The starter edition of the Hitex Toolchain for MD8710 enables software development on this starter kit. It can be easily upgraded to the full version at any time. Software, documentation and application source code are provided on memory stick.

Evaluation board with

• QVGA color LCD display
• Speaker, Keyboard (12 keys) Sensors (Temperature, Light)
• Connectors for Piggy back boards to connect customer sensors or interfaces (1 board attached)
• Additional USB Interface (via UART) for debugging
• Power supply options: external AC/DC adapter or 2x AAA batteries or Li-Ion battery plus charger function or USB
• 2 GB USB stick with software
• Hitex Tantino debugger
• HiTOP development system from Hitex
